At Mindful Memorials we believe all life is precious and that when the end of the road is reached, the commissioning of a memorial can provide a focal point for the grief of those left behind. How a person lived, what their life stood for and how those closest to them want to remember them will all influence the choice of memorial. Bespoke Retreat Days at Wold Close

Come for a day ( or two) to relax, replenish and restore

A leisurely day including 90 min massage for deep relaxation and healing or 2 Creative Spirit sessions with breathing time to chill, sleep, walk, chat, process , be with yourself or your chosen special companions.

Simple delicious home-made vegetarian lunch , supper and refreshments.

20 minutes shared silence.

Sole use of the Lounge, patio, tipi, Arts library and garden.You may also want to go for a walk in the surrounding countryside, we are directly on the Wolds Way.

Sample schedule for two;

• 10.00 Welcome and arrival cup of coffee or herbal tea and healthy snack and settle in.
• 11. 00 – 12.30 Treatment 1 or Creative session
• 1.00 Lunch in the Dining Room, Soup, bread and salad.
• 3.00 – 4.30pm Treatment 2 or Creative session.
• 5.30 – 5.50 Shared silence.
• 6.00 Tea, Aga Baked Potatoes, salad and fruit.
• 7 .00 pm departure.
